Abu Ali is a simple employee who lives with his family on the salary he gets but which is not enough to provide his food. In light of the absence of this only breadwinner for the eight-member family, they started looking for a source of income in a society going through an increase in unemployment because of the circumstances of war and the siege imposed on it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al-Sham Humanitarian Foundation intervened to help this family to be able to secure a decent living through a home project of cheese and dairy factory, and as it was said \u201ca work in hand saves you from poverty.\u201d The Foundation purchased the requirements of a mini dairy factory, including the necessary solar energy because of the constant interruption of electricity and a refrigerator to save the products in summer. Through frequent visits to the family and the follow-up of their work in the project, it was clear that this was a turning point in the family\u2019s life. In reality, the family moved from unemployment to become a productive family which contributes to the development of the local community and which earns an income that saves her from destitution. This family became like a bee hive whose members cooperate with each other and involve each other in this work to make it successful. As a result, the family has earned an income which qualitatively changed their life. The monthly family income of this project became more than $ 150, after they have been looking previously for a food basket or aids to stave off their hunger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After a period, and in light of the collaborative family work and their constant ambition, and along with the repeated field visits by the team\u2019s project, the family gradually began to produce double quantities of milk. Therefore, production and sales increased and the family\u2019s living conditions began to improve, what contributed to the expansion of the place and the project.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It did not come to Umm Ali\u2019s mind that her husband Abu Ali would be absent inside the walls and cells of the detention centres.
