المؤهلات العلمية والخبرات المطلوبة:

• بكالوريوس أو معهد في الإدارة أو التسويق، أو ما يعادل في الاختصاص.
• خبرة في التسويق على الشبكات الاجتماعية.
• خبرة في العمل على برامج تحرير الصور والفيديو.
• خبرة في التعامل مع مختلف تكتيكات الترويج المدفوع على مختلف المنصات.
• التواصل الجيد باللغتين العربية والإنكليزية بمستوى متقدم.
• التواصل الجيد باللغة التركية (مفضل).

الواجبات الرئيسية:

• إدارة ومراقبة حضور وصورة المؤسسة وسمعتها على مختلف منصات الويب (موقع، شبكات اجتماعية، محركات بحث …. الخ)
• تصميم هيكلية واضحة ومستمرة للمحتوى وتتناسب مع الأهداف الموضوعة للشبكات الاجتماعية في المؤسسة.
• انشاء وتحرير المحتوى اليومي الخاص بالمؤسسة ونشره على مختلف المنصات بما يناسب كل منصة والشرائح المستهدفة.
• ابراز الحجم الفعلي للمؤسسة عبر نشر الأخبار الخاصة بالمؤسسة ومشاريعها بشكل دوري.
• ابداع الأسلوب الخاص بنشر الاخبار والحملات التسويقية الخاصة بالمؤسسة.
• استخدام مختلف الأدوات والتطبيقات المساعدة في ادارة حسابات المؤسسة على الويب، وتحليل البيانات لتطوير العمل.
• وضع وتنفيذ الخطط اللازمة لبناء جمهور المؤسسة، وقياس تفاعله وإيمانه بالمؤسسة.
• مراقبة النقاشات والرد على الاستفسارات والتفاعل مع الجمهور على مختلف المنصات.
• تصميم وتنفيذ حملات التسويق الجماهيري بالتعاون مع وحدة الاعلام ووحدة المنح.
• اعداد التقارير الدورية عن نتائج أعمالنا على مختلف المنصات.

ساعات العمل: 45 ساعة في الاسبوع.
