المؤهلات العلمية والخبرات المطلوبة:

• بكالوريوس تجارة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في اعمال المحاسبة.
• إجادة استخدام الكمبيوتر، خاصة برنامج الإكسل والبرامج المحاسبية.

الواجبات الرئيسية:

• تطبيق السياسة المالية المعتمدة (سياسة توثيق المنح) في تنفيذ المشروع.
• الإشراف على عمليات الصرف و القبض بشكل يومي و تسجيلها ضمن السجلات المحاسبية.
• إرسال التقارير الدورية إلى الادارة المالية للإطلاع على سير عمل المشروع.
• العمل على توثيق المبالغ المصروفة لصالح تنفيذ المشروع و إرسالها بشكل دوري إلى الإدارة المالية.
• رفع التقارير الدورية حول سلامة أصول المشروع.

ساعات العمل: 48 ساعة في الاسبوع.

العدد المطلوب: 1 موظف/ـة.
