المؤهلات العلمية والخبرات المطلوبة:

• شهادة جامعية/ علوم اجتماعية – علم نفس – ادارة – احصاء أو أي اختصاص له علاقة/
• خبرة في مجال المراقبة والتقييم لمدة سنة على الأقل.
• خبرة في التعامل مع برامج spss- excel – power bi.
• اتقان اللغة الانجليزية / محادثة وكتابة وقراءة/.
• خبرة في اعداد التقارير.
• مهارات التواصل الفعال.
• مهارة قيادة الفريق والعمل الجماعي.
• القدرة على ادارة الوقت بشكل فعال.

الواجبات الرئيسية:

• تصميم الاستبيانات والأدوات لأغراض المراقبة والتقييم.
• تصميم خطة مراقبة المشروع.
• جمع البيانات المتعلقة بتنفيذ أنشطة المشاريع ومؤشرات الأداء.
• تحليل البيانات واعداد تقارير المراقبة الشهرية وتقارير التقييم النهائية.
• الاشراف على فريق المراقبين الميدانيين في الداخل.

ساعات العمل: 45 ساعة في الاسبوع.

مدة العقد: 6 أشهر. (قابل للتمديد)

العدد المطلوب: 1 موظف/ـة.
