الهدف من الوظيفة :

التطوير والإدارة الديناميكية للمحفظة المالية الاقراضية من خلال تحديد العملاء المحتملين في المنطقة والترويج لخدمات البرنامج استنادا إلى السياسات المعتمدة فيها..

المؤهلات العلمية والخبرات المطلوبة:

• شهادة جامعية/معهد في مجال ادارة الاعمال أو الدراسات المصرفية أو أي شهادة أخرى ذات صلة.
• خبرة سنة على الأقل في برامج التمويل الأصغر.
• معرفة كافية بسياسات وإجراءات التمويل الأصغر بنظام الضمان الجماعي.
• خبرة في جمع البيانات واجراء المقابلات الميدانية.
• الإلمام بطبيعة المجتمع المحلي الذي تتم فيه عمليات الإقراض.
• مهارة إدارة مجموعات من النساء أو الرجال .
• المقدرة الجسدية للقيام بالعمل الميداني.
• القدرة على القيادة والتوجيه والتنسيق والمتابعة والمبادرة والتطوير.
• القدرة على تحليل وابتكار الحلول للمشكلات وحل النزاعات.
• القدرة على التواصل والتفاوض والتخطيط والتنظيم.
• خبرة عامة في النواحي المالية وموازنة وادارة المشاريع.

الواجبات الرئيسية:

• تشكيل مجموعات الإقراض.
• توزيع وتحصيل القروض.
• حفظ السجلات وتقديم التقارير.
• تدريب أعضاء المجموعة على منهجية ” الإقتراض “وفقا للبرامج المنبثـقة عن البرنامج.
• متابعة الدفعات المتأخرة بشكل مباشر واطلاع مدير/ة الفرع على أية تفاصيل أو مستجدات.
• القيام بزيارات متابعة دورية لأعضاء المجموعات للتأكد من استخدام القروض بحسب الإتـفاق.
• حضور الاجتماعات الشهرية للمجموعات بشكل دوري للتأكد من أن الحسابات الداخلية دقيقة من أجل المساعدة في حل أية مشكلات تطرأ.
• تحقيق الأهداف المحددة كل شهر مع مدير/ة الفرع.
• تجهيز وتحضير التقارير بناءً على طلب مدير/ة الفرع.
• تقديم كافة الأعمال الورقية التي تحتاجها الدائرة المالية والإدارية في أوقاتها وبدقة.

ساعات العمل: 45 ساعة في الاسبوع.

مدة العقد: 6 أشهر قابلة للتمديد.

العدد المطلوب: 2 موظف/ـة.
