Al- Sham Foundation participated in the “‎International Conference for Pre-‎University Syrian Education (ICSE)” which was held in Istanbul for two days and included several institutions and associations operating in the interior regions of Syria.

The conference is sponsored by the Turkish Ministry of Education and supported by Eid Charity Foundation as well as IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation. The conference aims to support the educational process in Syria and neighbouring countries and also to find solutions for students who did not finish their pre- university  education.

The conference also discussed the problems of education, the pros and cons of educational system, the possibility of finding ways to stabilize the educational process and strengthen its institutions in the interior regions of Syria in addition to achieving a sustainable education in order to create a generation capable of development.

Many educational observers from Arabic and international organizations, representatives of the Syrian Interim Government and several representatives of the Syrian institutions that are active inside Syria attended the conference.
